Shipping policy

At Fictional Fulfillment, every candle, brew, blend, and enchanted essential is prepared with care and shipped directly from our trusted production partners. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order travels from our apothecary to your doorstep.


1. Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, our fulfillment partners begin crafting and preparing your items.
Typical processing times are:

  • Candles: 2–5 business days

  • Coffee: 2–5 business days

  • Supplements / Other Items: 2–5 business days

  • Custom or seasonal items: May require additional time (notified on product page)

Processing times may extend slightly during holidays, high-volume seasons, or promotional events.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.


2. Shipping Times & Regions

United States

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–9 business days after processing

  • All candles, coffee, and most products ship directly from U.S.-based facilities.

Canada

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days after processing

  • Coffee availability varies; certain blends are restricted by carrier limitations.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally outside the U.S. and Canada due to product and carrier restrictions.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Customer location

  • Product type

  • Weight and carrier availability

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be displayed on the website when active.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

If you did not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us at jenny@fictionalfulfillment.com.


5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing apartment/unit number

  • Carrier unable to deliver

We can reship it once the correct address is confirmed; additional shipping fees may apply.

Orders already shipped cannot be rerouted by Fictional Fulfillment.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once the package is transferred to the carrier, Fictional Fulfillment is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

However, we are always willing to assist.
If your package is missing, email us at jenny@fictionalfulfillment.com and we will help file a claim or investigate.


7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email us at jenny@fictionalfulfillment.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Description of damage

    • Photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly replace damaged items in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


8. Split Shipments

Because our products are created and shipped from multiple production partners, your order may arrive in separate packages.
This is normal and does not affect your shipping cost.
